Mehtab-Ud-Din (44, born on 15th December, 1963) is at present the [Managing Editor] hamdardweekly.com of the Parwasi Hamdard, a weekly has been published in Chandigarh (India) since 2003. Mehtab has repute in the field of Punjabi Journalism. He served in the daily newspapers like Spokesman, Punjabi Tribune, Amar Ujala, Desh Sewak, Preet Lari etc.. His two books have been published i.e. 'Punjabi Mini Story-The Achievements & Probabilities' (1988) and 'Jitt ton Agge' (Translated version of the book 'Be the Best' written by Joginder Singh, the Ex-Director Central Bureau of Investigation of India). Nowadays, he is busy in a research work of Christian History. He is a close and dear friend of mine i.e. JASPAL SINGH GULATI (of All India Radio, Chandigarh) and he has been collegue to me as News Reader--Punjabi for about 5-6 years now.
