The image is a logo, which may be fair use in Wikipedia according to WP:Fairuse#Policy. However, the image should only be used on the article for the company, team or school—not on user pages or templates.

  • Provide the source of the image.
  • Provide a Wikipedia:Fair use rationale explaining that the image is a logo and why it is needed in the article and cannot be omitted.
Copyrighted This is a logo of an organization, item, or event, and is protected by copyright and/or trademark. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, of logos for certain uses involving identification and critical commentary may qualify as fair use under United States copyright law.
