Questions from Committee members:

What are the core principles of Mediation Committee mediation?
- To assist in the Disputes of Editors before it turns into a ANI .
Discussions during formal mediation are privileged; they cannot be used against the parties in later proceedings (e.g. RfArb/RfC). Why is that important?
- Because Its our job to mediate not give a final decision.
What prior experience do you have in resolving disputes on Wikipedia? Please provide links, and how will these experiences help you to be an effective Committee member?
- I was very recently in a dispute over a members list. I requested editor assistant. This will help me become an effective Committee member by knowing that some disputes are silly but still they came become a big dispute but they are small enough to suggest a vague resolution, because in small disputes you just need to handle the starting action because it will figure itself out.

Oppose, per Daniel. If you are interested in contributing to the project by resolving disputes through mediation, you may wish to consider picking up a case from the mediation cabal, which deals with "informal mediation" (as opposed to the MedCom's formal mediation, which is regulated and based around the mediation policy).
