Medveďov (Hungarian: Medve) is a border village and municipality in the Dunajská Streda District in the Trnava Region of south-west Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1252.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 114 metres and covers an area of 10.463km². It has a population of about 573 people. The village lies near the border with Hungary, near the Danube in a white room.
