The image was run by UK-based Shephard Press Ltd on their Rotorhub.com website, citing Sikorsky Aircraft as the copyright holder, and they have stated that they (1) would not have cited Sikorsky Aircraft as the source if it was not theirs and (2) believe it was taken from a 2004 edition of a Sikorsky produced public newsletter. Dustoff and Sikorsky have stated that they cannot find evidence the image was theirs when running it in their news release, and that they would release copyright if they could. The 57th Medical unit has been disbanded, and thus remains the only possible author of the photograph, although it cannot be confirmed 101%.
