This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use in Wikipedia is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a historically image specifically created to promote and publicize the Malaysia MEASAT-3 communications satellite.
2. There is no equivalent free replacement alternative of the image. The image is historical as it shows the MEASAT-3 satellite being prepped in the Boeing facilities (it has been launched and no other image can be recreated).
3. It is of much lower resolution (JPG lossy) than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality. It is unsuitable for use in printing (RGB).
4. The image is only being used for informational purposes only.
5. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject(s) of the articles and the influence the subject matter has in Malaysian science and technology.
