Richie is one of the main characters in the fictional RICHERlandTV series. He is a human, a fictional species that resembles a bald ape. At the start of the series, he is an anchorman bored with life and longing for adventure, but in later adventures he is renowned as a pan-galactic hero. Richie weighs 150 lbs, and is five feet tall. He travels with his alien friend Xoltarg.

Richie is an anchorman on the backwater planet Earth. He dreams of leaving his planet and setting off on an adventure around Veldin. He works on RICHERlandTV, a company who sets out to steal ratings and is a mere devision of the sinister RICHERlandPRODUCTIONS. When an alien named Xoltarg replaces the weather-girl, Richie if forced to team up with him.

Halfway through the series, Captain Qwark, the superhero Ratchet and Clank are searching for ends up betraying them and explains that he's working for Drek before departing, leaving his pet Snagglebeast to kill them.

Consumed by the need for revenge, Ratchet vows to stop Qwark at any cost. Eventually, they meet on a space station, engaging in a fierce battle but Ratchet triumphs, shooting down the disgraced hero.

However, this has nothing to do with User:Me, Hurray!.
