Mickey Sanker August 18, 1965 Mickey Dean Sanker Named came from Mickey mantel and Dizzy Dean. The third bourn of four. The eldest died at the age of 4 when Mickey was 1. So he was then the middle child. Mickey was born and raised in Dickson, TN. He has been an Artist all his life. Started playing and writing music in 1988. He has never been anything great, but He like's the music that he play's so he keep's playing. His first band was later that year. I started writing music in the first band the band was a group of brother-in-law’s so the name was “The brother-in- law band”. They were not into writing new music just covers. He did not like the fact that He could not play his on music so he left them. A man named Vance Smith was the guitar player in the band and he got Mickey a gig with a few bands but none of them ever lasted to many cover bands. A ex-friend of his “John Rich” told him of a band named "Flashpoint" was looking for a lead singer, this was in 1992 they played original music and he liked there sound. A few weeks later they went on the road with Kings X they played San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus Crusty Texas they were going to open up one more date after they went to Brownsville but they got side tracked and broke up. He did a lot of writing and playing but he was unable to find a band that interested him. In 1997 he wonted to see the world and serve the USA to. So he joined the US Navy, he never gave up music. He was in Japan for three years, he purchased recording equipment in Japan and started writing wile he was still in Japan. His music was coming together much better. He is looking to get a band started and do some recording, jamming playing concerts. Take it all by storm. Make music people are afraid of doing but still love to heir it. He play's lead and rhythm guitar, Bass, some drumming mostly programming, some keyboards, all the vocals. He has written over a 1000 songs.
