McGill Journal of Medicine (MJM) is currently the only international peer-reviewed biomedical journal entirely run by students. Its executive members consist mainly of second-year medical students at McGill University. Biomedical students and researchers in-training from all around the world form the MJM staff. It publishes biannually, and its content ranges from original research articles, case reports, reviews, to crossroads, a special feature of the MJM with an emphasis on the link between biomedical sciences and humanities. Each issue of the MJM also includes a Focus section, a forum where prominent experts in a given field contribute their knowledge and thoughts.
