MCC Theater's Mission To discover and develop challenging theater and support the development of emerging young voices through a variety literary and education programs. By providing a safe environment to explore compelling stories, MCC encourages artists to take risks – continually stretching their boundaries and working beyond expectations.

MCC Theater believes the artist is the primary force in creating memorable theater and each experience in the theater should be an event where artists in playwriting, acting, direction and design combine to induce an emotional reaction in the audience, getting them personally involved in the production at hand. By taking risks, MCC Theater is able to offer productions and performance opportunities to young actors and playwrights. Some of these artists and playwrights have moved on to become todays biggest and brightest talents.
