McCormick Distilling Company

McCormick Distilling Company is a whiskey distillery in Weston, Missouri founded by Ben Holladay in 1856 that claims to be the oldest distillery operating in the same location.
Holladay, who was involved in the founding the of the Pony Express and his brother David Holladay operated it until 1894 when it was sold to George Shawhan and became the Shawhan Distillery. It became the Old Weston Distillery in 1936 when the Singers bought it. They purchased the name of McCormick Distilling from a neighboring plant at Waldron, Missouri.
Since 1993 it has been owned by Ed Pechar and Mike Griesser. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
