[edit] L'Oreal buyout

When did L'Oreal purchase Maybelline? --68.103.154.140 07:02, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] History

I've fleshed out the History section. I can't cite sources, because I'm awful with wikiformatting, but all the information comes from http://www.maybelline.co.uk/about_us/l282l283.htm. Barnas 01:01, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

yall need to find more information about the founder of the company! (i.e. date of birth, when and where he started in cosmetology) GOT IT?!

Yeh, or something simple, like what his initials stand for. Trekphiler 02:26, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Animal Testing

Maybe this article should include information on how maybelline tests their products on animals. Maybelline doesn't make it flat-out obvious- but consumers definently have a right to know when their very own "America's #1 Mascara" was used on an animal before them. (see Peta's list- Maybelline is on the "Companies That Do Animal Testing" list.... http://www.caringconsumer.com/resources_companies.asp ) Great job so far! :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.160.190.22 (talk) 05:15, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
