I'll limit my personal story to saying that I'm a 20-something professional, happily married with a newborn son. As far as my contributions to Wikipedia are concerned, in this highly politicized world, most of my contributions are to political topics. My political views are a proverbial smorgasbord, ranging from reactionary to left wing. For example, I believe in the unrestricted right to bear arms, but I also believe in free universal health care. I believe in the death penalty for heinous crimes, but I also believe in the decriminalization of marijuana along the same standard as the Netherlands. I'd like to hope the wide range of views I have balances me out to be a centrist.
