As Merritt has just been announced as an ARIA Hall of Fame inductee, I intend improving this article up to B-class. This may take a few days (weeks?) and interim edits may look disorganised and incomplete.Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 07:47, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

I've completed a number of major edits and now believe the article is up to B-class: it could still use a good photo, some copyediting, greater discussion of styles of music and more information on private life.Shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 06:17, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
