Maxwell Francis Aitken (born 17 March 1977) is the heir apparent to the Barony of Beaverbrook and a Baronetcy. Aitken is the eldest son of the Maxwell Aitken, 3rd Baron Beaverbrook and Lady Susan Aitken (neé Susan Angela O'Ferrall).

He was educated at Ampleforth College and Oxford University.

On 24 March 2007, the engagement between Maxwell Francis Aitken and Señorita Inés Nieto Gómez-Valencia, a native of of Madrid, was announced.[citation needed] The marriage took place 9 November 2007, at the Church of San Jeronimo El Real, Madrid, Spain.
