Maxim Rakov (born 7 February 1986) is a Kazakhstani judoka.
He won the silver medal in the middleweight (90 kg) category of the 2006 Asian Games, having lost the final match to Hwang Hee-Tae of South Korea.
He currently resides in Karaganda.
