Max Jean (born July 27, 1943 in Marseille) is a former racing driver from France. He participated in one Formula One Grand Prix driving a March for Frank Williams, in his home race on July 4, 1971. He scored no championship points.
Before reaching F1 he was French Formula Ford champion in 1968, and did some F3 and F2 racing including a few races for Ron Dennis. His name was incorrectly listed as Jean Max on an entry form once, and he was often known by this name subsequently.
