The Maverick/Comet Buffet http://maverickbuffet.com is one of the latest Internet discussion forums dedicated to the Ford Maverick and Mercury Comet of the 1970s, including the Grabber, Sprint, and Comet GT models. It is run by a long-time Maverick enthusiast, and provides an environment of free speech to its members, as well as a photo gallery. It was created in late 2007 as an alternative to other, much larger forums that are bogged down with numerous sub-forums and constant additions of new rules by their administrators. It's goal is to eventually become the best, as opposed to the first or largest Internet discussion forums for these classic American cars. Membership is free, and Maverick & Comet owners are encouraged to join and participate.
