Matthew Ure-(25 Oct. 1988) is a writer about oil and Russia. His papers are The Coming Oil Crisis and Geo-Politics in the 21st Century. He is interested in the complex world of backroom oil deals and the New Russia under President Vladimir Putin.

Biography: He was born in Highland Park, Illinois. He grew up in Glencoe, Illinois.He attended New Trier High School from 2003-2007. While there, he participated in Foreign Affairs Club, Military History Club,and Video Club. He was interested mainly in History, English, and Science while there.

Currently, he attends Bradley University where he is a Political Science Major. He enjoys reading about politics and watching the news.

Post College Work: Would like to work for The Project for The New American Century, The Brookings Institution, or for the State Department.
