I changed this to be a disambiguation page, combined with the previous "Matt Miller" page, and removed all entries which do not seem to meet the basic level of notability as outlined in WP:BIO. I don't mean to personally slight all the previously-listed people who share this name, but let's try to keep future additions within those guidelines.

Meanwhile, being named Matthew Miller myself, I do think it'd be nice if there were some place more appropriate than Wikipedia for keeping us all sorted out from each other....
