[edit] Copyright

I lifted the first paragraph of this article nearly verbatim from the EPA. As this is a public EPA report without another copyright indicated, I believe it's in the public domain. Demi T/C 22:05, 2005 Mar 18 (UTC)

[edit] Grammatical error

The paragraph that starts with "On April 1, 1958 ... has the contraction "it's" where the possessive "its" should be. I would have corrected this error but the information appears to be coming from a link to something else and I don't know how to correct errors in such situations. Fixed...four months later. It didn't require anything special...simply clicking the "edit" link for that section allowed me to change it. WildCowboy 23:07, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
