I am not realy sure how imporatnce works with Wikipedia but for Nicaragua, Central America and many coffee and chocolate consuming countries, Matagalpa is of very high importance. It also was a strategic (and unfortunately brutalized) region in Nicargaua during the 1980s. This is a very important city and department.
