Matthew Rosa (born November 23, 1986) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League. He is a young emerging midfielder who was recruited as the number 29 draft pick in the 2004 AFL Draft from North Ballarat. Matthew made his debut for the West Coast Eagles in Round 17, 2005 against the Sydney Swans. He was selected for week one of the 2006 finals which was also played against the Sydney Swans. Matt was lucky enough to slot a position in the much vaunted West Coast midfield but then was dropped for the last week of finals and the 2006 Grand Final.

The 2007 season bought new opportunities for Matt, playing 22 games for the home and away season and was selected in the squad to play in both the two games in the finals series. He is contracted with the West Coast Eagles until the end of the 2008 season.
