Matthew Matics, anglicized version of artist named Matte Matik, a.k.a. Matthias Lundgren. Lundgren, a denizen of northern Sweden, has written and composed songs on the subject of mathematics since his days as a natural sciences student in 2002. He is widely known among Swedish geeks for his upbeat techno song Vem kan flest decimaler på pi, about knowing as many decimals to π as possible. It predates Kate Bush's song by several years, although the singer does lose track of the decimals at about the same place, the 75th decimal.
