Matthew David Cutler (born October 30, 1973 in Chelmsford, Essex) is an English dancer and former World Amateur Latin-American champion.

He started Latin American dancing at the age of eight.[1] In 1994 he formed a partnership with Nicole Cutler, whom he then married. The couple ended their partnership and divorced in 2003, and Matthew formed a professional partnership with Charlotte Egstrand.

He has appeared as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing since series three, dancing with Siobhan Hayes in series three, with Carol Smillie in series four, and Alesha Dixon in series five, with whom he has set the record for the most obtained "10"s from the judges. Matthew and Alesha eventually won the competition, beating Matt Di Angelo and his partner Flavia Cacace in the final.
