Matthew Burston (born November 25, 1982 in Perth) is an Australian professional basketball player, currently playing for the South Dragons in the National Basketball League (NBL).
Burston played for the Perth Wildcats from the 2001-02 season until he was signed by the Dragons in April 2006. In 2003, he won the NBL Most Improved Player award. Burston spent much of the 2006-2007 season injured, playing only a handful of games. He has been re-signed for the 2007-2008 NBL season.
