Mathieu Valbuena (born 28 September 1984) is a footballer from France who currently plays as midfielder for Marseille in Ligue 1, having signed from Libourne St-Seurin in 2006. On 3 October, Valbuena scored an incredible goal for Marseille as they stunned Liverpool 0-1 at Anfield in 2007.
