Route 99 is a north-south state highway in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Its southern terminus is in Boston's North End neighborhood, and it proceeds north from there to U.S. 1 in Saugus. Along the way, it passes through the Boston neighborhood of Charlestown, and the cities of Everett, Malden and, for less than 0.25 mile, Melrose.
