Route 102 is a west-east state highway in western Massachusetts.

From the New York border, Route 102 runs east through the following towns:
- West Stockbridge (partially combined with Route 41)
- Stockbridge (partially combined with U.S. Route 7)
- Lee
Route 102 crosses I-90 in West Stockbridge twice and another time in Stockbridge, each without an interchange. It runs parallel to I-90 for its entire length, ending at U.S. Route 20 in Lee, across the road from the Exit 2 interchange with I-90.
