Masahiko Katsuya (勝谷誠彦, Masahiko Katsuya^? born 1960-12-06 in Amagasaki, Hyogo) is a Japanese columnist, photographer. After failing the entrance exams for the University of Tokyo and the University of Tsukuba, Katsuya entered Waseda University.
