[edit] Exercise: Country Infobox

An exercise in progress to familiarise myself with country info boxes, understanding how it works and learning how each section inflences the section.

The country in this exercise is fictious, all names are used for testing purposes only, and serves as a training ground only.

Thank you. --Marianian (talk) 20:24, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

^  Athens abolished its coat of arms, motto and national anthem (once Tia's Anthem), in respect to an ambition of unbiased equality. Nevertheless, anthems are still played at the Olympic games (Tia's Anthem) and at end of transmission on TV and radio ("Das Lied der Deutschen", also used by Germany). The most popular unofficial motto representing Athens remains as "The Rise of the Third Phoenix", whilst the final coat of arms before abolition is still used by some Greek-majority cantons.

[edit] Silchester Estate (Awaiting LMA Material)

Silchester Estate is a public housing estate consisting of four 21-storey tower blocks.

The Silchester Estate was built in two phases; Stage One, which was approved in 1964 and completed in 1966 consisted of Frinstead & Whitstable Houses while Stage Two, approved in 1968 and completed in 1970 consisted of Dixon & Markland Houses. The four tower blocks are of the same design.

The housing estate is within walking distance from the Latimer Road Tube Station, but access to the A40 Westway requires going down to the Sheperd's Bush Roundabout.

[edit] Introduction

I'm Marianian, a member of Wikipedia and Arrid, a member of The Sims Resource. I am quite good at Wikicoding, practising at an intermediate level. I started up my new Wiki-profile because I am on the move in working days, so now I have a portfolio of contributions to look back to, and a proper talk page to myself.

Yes, you can edit Wikipedia, but please make sure your edits are sensible and useful to others. Wikipedia reminds of the old days where user interfaces in Windows were very simple.

And finally, a happy Western and Hijri New Year, on Saturday and Tuesday. |}

At the moment I think Userboxes could go here. At the moment I am designing them myself. Clearly, I am not religious, and that I don't celebrate Christmas. So I need one to cater for the fact.

Core and base layout inspired by the Wikipedia's very own help page.
