This problem is quite common with short 2 or 3 letters titles.

Example:

• LUC, de:LUC (Begriffsklärung), it:LUC, ja:LUC, nl:LUC
• Luc, de:Luc, fr:Luc, fi:Luc

We see that in some languages we have pairs of articles (LUC/Luc, de:LUC (Begriffsklärung)/de:Luc), while in other languages capitalized and uncapitalized forms are separated. Such pairs will certainly exist as long as Wikipedias are case-sensitive. So, how should we interlanguage link these articles?
