Panay Island Online Community is a news and feature portal in the island of Panay. It is a site of news and information from various journalists, newspapers and other media outlets based in Panay Island, Philippines.

Maragtas Online Community is a handiwork of Ernan Baldomero the owner of Blogging the Internet, a journalist based in Antique who wanted to bring together the journalist, bloggers, information enthusiasts from Panay and abroad for news and info exchange for a common interests and goals.

Maragtas is a free website with news and events in the four provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz and Iloilo.
