The article needs mention of the battalion's critical role in the battle of Vimy Ridge, and sacrifice at Passchendale. Dawson should be in a separate article, not the focus of this one.

[edit] Transmutation

I unlinked the word "transmutation" because I don't know what was meant. It might mean "transmission". It might mean "mutation" or "evolution". It can't be transmutation of species, because that's a pre-Darwinian theory. — Randall Bart ^(talk) 18:28, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
