According to thePeerage.com, Charles Craven (1682-1754), who was Governor of South Carolina (1711-1717), married Elizabeth Staples and had one son, Rev. John Craven (1754-1804). Charles Craven does not appear to have had a daughter. This part of the article requires further investigation. Simmaren 01:08, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
