Shouldn't the name of this page be changed to 'Martín Caballero', with the accent? It currently redirects here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Colombiano21 (talkcontribs) 15:51, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

Hm... no answer for nearly a month now. I would like to ask this question again. Colombiano21 (talk) 20:37, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

tentative oppose I don't see persuasive evidence that this how his name is spelled in English. I did a google news search and found seven references to this Caballero. Six, including Cuba's Prensa Latina (English Service), Reuters, International Herald Tribune, China's People's Daily (English Serive), and Washington Post all use Martin. Only Radio Netherlands (English Service) used Martín. The official Colombian Army english press release [1] calls him Martin. I'm really having trouble locating major English language sources which call him Martín, especially when weighed against the sources which call him Martin. So, I think this page should stay where it is.Erudy (talk) 20:08, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Support per accurate usage of the accent. Húsönd 00:24, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
