His birthplace is given as Theodosiopolis, which redirects to the ancient city of Arpos. Does anyone know where he was actually born, and what that place is called today? Jd2718 22:01, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
- Theodosiopolis is a name of Apros (corrected!) in Thrace, but much more commonly, it refers to modern Erzurum, which is what I changed the redirect to. --Macrakis 06:02, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
