If no citation can be found for the "socialism" quote, I recommend deleting it. Also, the "doo-doo" quote doesn't seem very relevant to anything, nor particularly clever.

Apparently it appears in The Dilemmas of Liberal Constitutionalism, 42 Ohio St. L.J. 411, 424 (1981) Schoen 02:00, 1 April 2006 (UTC)

The "socialism" quote has been verified and corrected (Schoen's cite is correct, including page number), and a reference added. The "doo-doo" quote has not. Agree that it is not especially relevant; nor does it do a good job of capturing or typifying his thought. Bio now also acknowledges his work in legal history. Citation still needed re: his "quasi-originalism". Davismaximus 10:00, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
