[edit] USA-Germany

I believe Hugh Dallas, not Mark Shield, officiated the USA-Germany match in the 2002 Fifa World Cup. Wikipedia's 2002 WC article has Dallas and not Shield, as does the BBC match report.[1] He did, however, officiate Belgium-Tunisia in 2002, so I'm going to put that in as well as updates on his 2006 WC.
