I don't think Mr. Pope is sufficiently noteworthy to have his own article. If he is then so are a large fraction of the many hundreds of former NBA players. I mean no disrespect to Mr. Pope, who is obviously a gifted athlete and an intelligent person. His career just doesn't seem noteworthy enough to justify a Wikipedia entry.
