Talk:Marie de France
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I put a "citation needed" after "and most compelling of all, Marie de Meulan, wife of Hugh Talbot." I just finished reading the entry on Marie de France in the Norton Anthology and the author of that piece seems to favor the abbess of Shaftsbury. If the original author meant simply to say that Marie de Meulan is the most interesting theory, that's fine. If the author wished to state that the de Meulan theory is the most likely, she or he should add a citation to that effect. Dieziege 05:04, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
