Talk:Maria Anna of Austria, Queen of Portugal
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The page is currently called "Mary Anne of Austria", which is weird. This is an anglicized version of the name of a woman who, as far as I can ascertain, never stepped foot in the British Isles. If she had married an Englishman and resided there, I could understand the reason she might be referred to as "Mary Anne." But she didn't. If there are no objections, I'm moving this page to "Maria Anna of Austria, Queen of Portugal", since this woman was never in her life called Mary Anne, according to any sources I have seen.
