Maryland Route 76 is a road in Frederick County, Maryland.

Route 76 starts at U.S. Route 15 near the town of Emmitsburg. The route heads in a general south-southeast direction. It passes through the towns of Motters and Emmitsburg Junction before ending at Route 77 near Rocky Ridge.
