Maryland Route 657 is an east/west route located in the U.S. state of Maryland. Named Douglas Avenue in Lonaconing, the route runs from Maryland Route 36 in Lonaconing, Allegany County west to Lonaconing-Avilton Road at the Garrett County line. This road is extremely narrow and rough, and has a speed limit of 15 miles per hour near Lonaconing.
