Maryland Route 64 is an east/west route located in the U.S. state of Maryland. Known as Jefferson Boulevard west of Cavetown and Smithsburg Pike east of Cavetown, the route runs from U.S. Route 40 in Hagerstown, Washington County east to Pennsylvania Route 997 at the Pennsylvania state line near Ringgold, Washington County.
