Maryland Route 639 is an east/west route located in Allegany County, Maryland. Also known as Willowbrook Road, the route runs from the interchange of U.S. Route 40 Alternate and Interstate 68 in Cumberland, Allegany County east to Williams Road about one mile outside of Cumberland.

Maryland Route 639 begins at the end of U.S. Route 40 Alternate, at its interchange with Interstate 68. Route 638 is a two-lane road during its entire length. The road provides access to Allegany College of Maryland and the (currently under construction) Western Maryland Health System hospital.

Two unsigned letter-suffixed sections of Route 639 exist:
- Maryland Route 639A connects Willowbrook Road to the campus of Allegany College of Maryland. It is 0.26 miles long.[1]
- Maryland Route 639B is a short section of Country Club Road between Willowbrook Road and an old alignment of Willowbrook Road. It is 0.06 miles long.[1]
