Maryland Route 58 is an east/west route located in the U.S. state of Maryland. Also known as Cearfoss Pike, the route runs from a traffic circle intersection with Maryland Route 63 and Maryland Route 494 in Cearfoss, Washington County east to US 11 in Hagerstown, Washington County.
