Maryland Route 375 is a short, unsigned state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. It is the secret designation for a part of Commerce Street in the town of Berlin from Maryland Route 818 (North Main Street) east to Williams Street, which carries the secret designation of Maryland Route 377.
