Maryland Route 365 is a state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. The route runs from U.S. Route 113 Business in Snow Hill east to a dead end in Public Landing on the Chincoteague Bay. In Snow Hill, between Business U.S. 113 and U.S. Route 113 just east of Snow Hill, Maryland Route 365 is known as Bay Street. The rest of the route from U.S. Route 113 to Public Landing is known as Public Landing Road.
