Maryland Route 353 is a state highway in Wicomico County, Maryland. Also known as Gumboro Road, the route runs from Maryland Route 346 in Pittsville north to the Delaware border. At the Delaware border, the route continues north into Delaware as Delaware Routes 26 and 54. Also at the state line, Delaware/Maryland Route 54 continues west along the state line to the border town of Delmar.
